Here I plan to keep people up to date on the present financial position.
Cost of land £67,000, £50,000 paid and last £17,000 required in next few months
Likely cost of building - £110,000 (we hope!), presently we have approximately £80,000 - £83,000.
So we need probably £30,000, depending on how negotiations go with the builder.
